Advertised Selection

Our aim is always to find you the best candidate in the quickest possible time at the least cost and there are many occasions when advertised selection is the best way of meeting this target. Advertising costs money, so our role is to get you the maximum value from your advertising spend.

For certain roles, this method quickly captures the greatest number of suitable applicants and involves placing a bespoke advertisement in national, trade, local or online press (or a combination of these). Our approach is engineered to reduce the cost and stress of campaign management, as well as provide expertise at every stage of the recruitment process.

Your brief is interpreted by our creative agency who blends the right media and message for optimum candidate response.  You also benefit from significant discounts from our relationships with media organisations, which secures preferential placements and rates. We do not seek to profit from advertising costs.

When you are happy with the advert and the advert has been placed, we will provide full campaign support, from handling response and conducting initial interviews to producing a shortlist of potential hires.

We maintain an extensive database of professionals within our markets who have asked us to keep them informed of interesting career opportunities as they arise.

Should a comprehensive market-search not be a priority then we are often able to provide a range of well-matched candidates through our active database and basic networking.
